Over the years, my work in the mountains, movement and human performance has occasionally found its way into newspapers, television, film and conversations.Some of these stories document expeditions. Others came through coaching, teaching or the people I have had the privilege to work alongside.What follows is a selection from that record.

REDEFINE POSSIBLE

Kilimanjaro — June 2012

In 2012, Paul and Mountain Climbing Adventures were part of the team behind Spencer West's Redefine Possible expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro.West, who lost both legs at the age of five, reached the summit using his hands and wheelchair with the support of the expedition team. The climb became an international story and raised significant funds for Free The Children.The expedition was subsequently featured across international media and became part of Nelly Furtado's Spirit Indestructible music video.
